The Organization is managed by 7 member Administration Board, for 4 year terms.

The Administration Board proposes two of its members and the Chairman appoints them as representatives of the Organization at the Administration Board of Caritas Hellas.

The Vice-Chairman & Director fr. George Dagas and the member Elissavet Ioustinianou-Meritt have been appointed for the current 4-year period.
